DSI to Present at SpringOne 2006

May 09, 2006 (Cork, Ireland) —DeCare Systems Ireland (DSI), the leading provider of software development and Internet Solutions, today announced they have been invited by Interface21 to present at SpringOne 2006, the first European Spring Framework conference.

Taking place the 15/16 June in Antwerp, Belgium, SpringOne 2006 is the first European conference designed specifically for the Spring Framework community. SpringOne is expected to become a premier industry event packed with in-depth talks on Spring, AspectJ, Spring WebFlow and several other topics relating to Java and J2EE.

The 2 day conference is a joint effort of Interface21 and the Belgium Java User Group (BeJUG) and will offer 40 sessions in addition to 5 keynote speakers including 'the Father of Spring' Rod Johnson, and Gregor Kiczales, pioneer of aspect-oriented programming. Sessions will be led by many of the core developers and thought leaders on the Spring framework, including DSI’s Chief Technical Archictect, Yagiz Erkan and Process Architect, Brendan Lawlor. Presenting a 40-minute case study on “Pragmatic Spring”, Yagiz and Brendan will share their experience and practicalities of using Spring Framework on real world projects.

DSI aim to raise awareness of Spring in other organisations after successfully adopting the Spring Framework for Java/J2EE development in a number of large-scale projects. Introduced to Rod Johnson and Interface21 through the IT@Cork technical forum, DSI has pioneered a world class Java Spring Framework technical mentorship and workshop programme as well as hosting Java expert Rod Johnson in a leading industry edge conference last September.
