DSI Wins Technology Architecture Assessment Contract

November 28, 2005 (Cork, Ireland)—DeCare Systems Irelandsm(DSI), a leading provider of software development and Internet solutions, announced today the signing of a technology assessment contract with a US East Coast based Financial Services corporation.

This strategic IT project will seek to position DSI's client at the leading edge of technical innovation and will accommodate the organizations acquisition plans. Recognised as one of the leading insurance product innovators in its sector, DSI's client currently has a comprehensive multi-platform technology infrastructure, which includes IBM MVS, HP/UX, and Windows. Critical COBOL, Java and ASP/.Net business systems run on across these platforms and are integrated with IBM MQ Series. DSI's client is also actively pursuing growth through acquisition, which will inevitably contribute further to its technical mix.

The goal of the engagement is to produce an architectural assessment of the clients existing technical infrastructure along with a detailed list of options for their future development and production environments. The assessment will also apply consideration to integration of new subsidiaries with the proposed platform.
